Postdoc, Zeppelin Universität
I love to build bridges between science and practice, technology and society, present and future generations. My vision: A world in which we use technology as a means to foster an inclusive, multi-faceted, and prospering society. My mission: To explore and develop solutions for responsible leadership and new modes of working in a technologized society. My passion: Interdisciplinary and co-creative approaches for solution finding and knowledge creation.
I hols a B.A. in business administration (Zeppelin University), a Master of Business Research from LMU Munich, as well as a M.Sc. in Sustainability Science and Policy from Maastricht University. During my PhD, my research focused on unconscious biases in female entrepreneurship. My field experimental study on female entrepreneurial role models was awarded twice on international conferences.
During my PhD, I was program coordinator and lecturer at the Munich Center for Digital Technology and Management, a joint institute of the Technical University of Munich and Ludwig-Maximilians-University, which offers a study program for highly-talented students to educate the innovators of tomorrow. There, my focus was on teaching courses at the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship and sustainability, including “Social Entrepreneurship”, “Technology and Ethics”, or “Green Innovation”.
As postdoctoral researcher at the Friedrichshafen Institute for Family Entrepreneurship at Zeppelin University, I work on questions regarding individual and organizational resilience in times of uncertainty, as well as decision paradigms of family entrepreneurs.
As manager at Philoneos, I furthermore support family firms in establishing structures for innovation and organizational transformation.
As a Board Member of Ethics Commission of EUTEC-European Technology Chamber, I am helping to build bridges between science and practice to foster an open dialogue and co-create solutions for an inclusive, sustainable and prospering society.
