I am currently a post-doc at the group of Organic Plant Production and Agroecosystms Research in the Tropics and Subtropics, Universität Kassel. I studied Agriculture and Environmental Management (Bachelor degree) and Plant Production (Masters degree) at the Justus-Liebig-Universität in Gießen. For my PhD I moved to the Universität Kassel, where I investigated the effect of activated charcoal and tannins in animal feed on the performance of animal manure as crop fertilizer in the Sultanate of Oman.
